Service

Briarwood Vans provides the service of labor only. Materials are purchased by the vehicle owner. The owner of the contract states there are two budgets, the first being the labor budget and the second being the materials budget. The materials budget allows for the overall cost to be cheaper for the client by purchasing direct opposed to Briarwood Vans purchasing materials, then selling back to the client. A small percentage is added to the final material cost for the sourcing of those materials, but any remaining funds from the materials budget will be refunded upon completion of the project.

Warranty

Briarwood Vans offers a 90 day limited warranty on modifications made to the vehicle during a contract timeframe. This does not include any manufacturer defects on any products purchased for the conversion. All manufacturer warranty info is provided to the client upon completion of the project for their records. Should there need to be a repair made, the vehicle does have to come back to Madison, WI. A full inspection of the conversion will be made and if the damage is caused on my part all labor cost for the repair is free of charge. Travel cost is not covered under the warranty.

Contract

Before any project is begun a contract must be signed along with a deposit that secures the time slot for the build. The contract breaks down the pricing structure and includes all relevant dates for the build.

Liability

Briarwood Vans is not liable for any damage caused by the modification, installation or alteration of any vehicle while under contract. Briarwood Vans is also not responsible for any injury to a person while on the property where the build takes place or while operating in a conversion during or after a signed contract.
